While we retain the fundamentals of how a bespoke suit should be made, we’ve modernised the systems and processes to help you effectively manage your business. Using our tailoring platform you can run your own bespoke tailoring business from anywhere on the planet, without a bespoke tailor on your payroll. All you need is tape measure and access to the internet.
Digital Pattern
Measurements and configurations are sent through our system to our team of master pattern makers on Savile Row, where a unique pattern is created for your client. We store the pattern digitally and hold it on file ready for your customer’s next order. We control all pattern making in Savile Row meaning you always have an expert working on your customer’s pattern.
Sourcing The Finest Cloth
We work with the world’s leading cloth merchants to deliver you a truly exceptionally product. Our close relationships with Gladson, Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, LBD Harrison, Dormeuil, Scabal and Dugdale Brothers (to name but a few), give you access to the world’s finest cloth range. We’ll source everything for you, buying in bulk and being careful with our lay plans, to bring you a fully factored suit at prices lower than our competitors.
Toile Service
The world’s best tailors offer their customers a fitting before the suit is made. There’s a good reason for this, it allows the tailor to perfect the fit before the suit is made. At your request, we’ll send you a toile that you’ll fit before we start work on your customer’s order. Our team in Savile Row will update your customer’s pattern so all future orders contain these changes. Bespoke is about getting it right for your customer, making sure they’re happy and they come back to buy more. It adds showmanship to the tailoring experience, reduces remakes and takes thousands off your alterations bill every year.
The Final Garment
The tailors who stitch together your final garment have been trained to Savile Row standards. We should know, we trained them. Working from our workshop in South India, their craftsmanship is always immaculate. We own the workshop and don’t outsource a thing, allowing us to control the end to end process. Keeping all the work in house means we can see the suits being made, feel them by hand and know we’re only sending the best.
Timings
Our efficient ordering system allows us to offer bespoke hand made suits in the same time as a made to measure. We deliver a toile fitting to you within 3 weeks and finished suits in 5 to 6 week. Our shirts take 4 weeks.
Our Support
We’ve developed a tailoring solution to help you get it right, but even the very best make mistakes. If we make a mistake then we’ll credit your account for alterations or remake the order for free. If you make a mistake we’ll remake your order to new specifications at a 40% discount. We’re here to help you get it right.
